Some of the wordings of sending Prayers (asking Allāh to praise) upon the Prophet (May Allāh praise him and Peace be upon him in the tashahhud:
O Allāh! praise Muhammad, his household, his wives and his progeny, as You praised the family of Ibrāhīm; You are indeed Worthy of Praise, Replete with Glory. And send blessings on Muhammad, his household, his wives and his progeny, as You sent blessings on the family of Ibrāhīm; You are indeed Worthy of Praise, Glorious [Imam Bukhārī: 3369].
O Allāh! praise Muhammad, and the family of Muhammad, as You praised Ibrāhīm and the family of Ibrāhīm; You are indeed Worthy of Praise, Glorious. O Allāh! send blessings on Muhammad, and on the family of Muhammad, as You sent blessings on Ibrāhīm and the family of Ibrāhīm; You are indeed Worthy of Praise, Glorious [Reported by Muslim: 406].
O Allāh! praise Muhammad the Unlettered Prophet, and the family of Muhammad, as You praised the family of Ibrāhīm; and send blessings on Muhammad the Unlettered Prophet and the family of Muhammad, as You sent blessings on the family of Ibrāhīm among the nations; You are indeed Worthy of Praise, Glorious [Muslim: 405]
