Sheikh Al Albānī (may Allāh have mercy on him) said, “The Messenger (May Allāh praise him and Peace be upon him) used to put his right hand on the back of his left hand, wrist and forearm, and would put them on his chest.” [Ṣifat al Ṣalāt (Description of Prayer), p.88]
