The Messenger of Allāh (May Allāh praise him and Peace be upon him) said, “O Allāh, Free be You from all imperfections, Praised be You, Blessed be Your Name, Exalted be Your Power and Authority, there is nothing deserving of worship other than You” [Reported by Abū Dāwūd].
