We send you SMS reminder alerts to your mobile phone, 5 times a day, a few minutes before the start of each Islamic prayer, and also 20 minutes before the morning Fajr prayer.

5prayers is the only UK service to provide timely alerts at the time of each salat. So, unlike other services which only send you 1 SMS each day or on-demand, we remind you at each of the 5 adhan times - Fajr, Zuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha - for your specified location. Busy people can easily forget or overlook adhan time, so our timely alerts keep you reminded and are much closer to the principle of adhan. We also never send you any advertisements, only prayer time reminders.

Our Muslim prayer timetables cater for all the major towns and cities in the UK, and we support all of the 4 madhabs (Hanafi, Hanbali, Maliki, Shafi), as well as each of the commonly accepted prayer calculation methods.

Where a local Mosque's practice differs, we can also setup custom salat timetables, and then send SMS alerts based on this.
